Meet The Team
Jason Bergan is a Mobile Home Park Broker based out of Des Moines, Iowa. Originally from Elkader, Iowa Jason got started in Real Estate as a property manager and leasing agent while attending Iowa State University.
During his senior year of college Jason got his real estate license and started selling residential and multifamily real estate in the Des Moines area. After helping several clients sell their mobile home parks throughout Iowa, Jason quickly realized there was a lack of local options for mobile home park owners throughout the Midwest and made brokering mobile home communities his focus.
After several successful years in Iowa, he began expanding his range and has since brought on additional team members in order to offer the same service to more states throughout the Midwest.
Noah was born and raised in northwest Wisconsin, but always had family ties to Iowa. At the age of 18, he joined the Army Reserves shortly before he enrolled at Luther College.
While in college, he served with the Reserves on the weekends until he was called to go overseas. After his tour overseas, he returned home to finish his senior year at Luther and received a degree in business administration.
Upon graduating from Luther, Noah moved to Minneapolis to work for Bigos Management as an assistant property manager and, eventually, as a property manager. He worked at three different properties and served on their business advocate board for a year. After three years with Bigos, Noah relocated to Des Moines, IA to work for Hubbell Realty as a property manager. He managed a new construction property where he worked with investors, developers, and contractors.
Although Noah is new to multifamily sales, the multifamily housing industry is not anything new to him. At Century 21, as part of the Midwest MHC Brokers Team, Noah is looking forward to putting his experience managing multifamily properties to work for his clients to ensure a first-rate experience whether they are buying or selling.
Drew Vlazny is a Mobile Home Park Broker based out of Des Moines Iowa. Drew grew up on a farm outside of St. Olaf, Iowa and graduated from Upper Iowa University with a degree in both Parks and Natural Resources and Conservation Management.
Upon graduating college, Drew's career with the Army Corps of Engineers allowed him to live all around the Midwest. During his time with the Corps, Drew worked in Iowa, Wisconsin, Illinois, Missouri, Nebraska, and Georgia.
As a Project Manager for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Drew worked drafted, reviewed, and approved various permits. Drew has worked with private landowners, developers, and investors alike. He was also involved in environmental planning, reviewing for new construction projects, and overseeing improvements made to residential and commercial properties, ranging from large multi-phased sub-divisions to small single family projects.

Our team was built around offering better local service to mobile home park owners throughout the Midwest. Our team consists of Midwest locals from Northeast Iowa and Northwest Wisconsin. After several years of selling multifamily, our team lead, Jason Bergan, saw a need for a more local option when it came to Mobile Home Park sales in the Midwest. We are seller focused brokers, which means we primarily represent sellers to help them obtain a fair price for their properties.
Our team offers local expert service and we offer the option to meet face-to-face with all of our local sellers throughout our areas of service. We do this in order to more accurately advise them on the value of their properties and to help our clients better understand and feel comfortable with the selling process.Through our years of experience in the Mobile Home Park industry, we have formed relationships with mobile home park lenders, owners, buyers, and supporting industry professionals. This ensures our sellers a smooth and simple sales process.
Our listing contracts are free to cancel at any time and no fees are ever due from our sellers until after their property is sold. We believe that owners should always be the final decision makers on their properties, and approach the sales process as professional advisors, not as salesmen.
All of our sellers have the option to keep their sale confidential. We offer confidential marketing to market the property off of public platforms such as the MLS. This ensures the owners will not have to worry about residents of the property or the local community becoming aware of the sale before they want them to be.
