Midwest MHC was founded in 2019 by Jason Bergan with the goal of providing local service to owners looking to sell their Manufactured Housing Community.
We pride ourselves on meeting with our clients face to face, and work as advisers, not salesman in order to meet our seller’s needs.
As Manufactured Home Park Brokers specializing in the Midwest, we offer our sellers a better understanding of their local market and the value of their communities.

Meet the Team
Jason Bergan is a Mobile Home Park Broker based out of Des Moines, Iowa. Growing up on a beef farm in Elkader, Iowa, Jason was an avid outdoorsman and spent the Fall deer hunting on the family farm and fishing on the Mississippi with his dad. Jason remains an avid outdoorsman, spending his free time waterfowl hunting and fishing in the Des Moines area.
Jason got started in Real Estate as a property manager and leasing agent while attending Iowa State University where he helped manage over 1,200 residential units and dozens of commercial properties.
During his senior year of college, Jason got his real estate license and started selling residential and multifamily real estate in the Des Moines area. After helping several clients sell their mobile home parks throughout Iowa, Jason quickly realized there was a lack of local options for mobile home park owners throughout the Midwest and decided to make brokering mobile home communities his primary focus in 2019.
After several successful years in Iowa, Jason began expanding his service area and has since brought on additional team members in order to offer the same service to more owners throughout the Midwest.
Noah Casterton was born and raised in Northwest Wisconsin, but always had family ties to Iowa. At the age of 18, he joined the Army Reserves shortly before he enrolled at Luther College. While in college, he served with the Reserves on the weekends until he was called to go overseas. After his tour overseas, he returned home to finish his senior year at Luther and received a degree in business administration.
Upon graduating from Luther, Noah moved to Minneapolis where he began his career in residential property management. After 3 years in Minneapolis, Noah moved to Des Moines and continued working as a property manager. During his 4 years as a property manager, he managed everything from C-class properties to luxury, new build townhomes. His experience in an array of properties allowed for the easy transition into brokering.
In 2022, Noah joined the Midwest MHC Brokers team. Since he joined the team, he has primarily focused on the Minnesota and Wisconsin markets. He has enjoyed helping clients near his roots and connecting with buyers and sellers in more ways than through their mobile home parks. In his words, “a personal, as well as a professional relationship with my clients helps to ensure everyone’s best interests are in mind throughout the entire sales process.”
Drew Vlazny is a Mobile Home Park Broker based out of Des Moines Iowa. Drew grew up on a farm outside of St. Olaf, Iowa. He graduated from Upper Iowa University with a degree in both Parks and Natural Resources and Conservation Management.
Upon graduating college, Drew’s career with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers allowed him to live and work all around the Midwest including: Iowa, Wisconsin, Illinois, Missouri, Nebraska, and Georgia. As a Project Manager for the Corps, Drew drafted, reviewed, and approved various types of commercial and residential permits. Drew was made the lead for development projects within the state, and he quickly became the State’s expert in his field. Drew has worked with private landowners, developers, and investors alike. He was also involved in environmental planning and review for new construction projects. Drew was also the Lead overseeing improvements made to residential and commercial properties, ranging in size from large multi-phased sub-divisions to small single family projects.
Drew joined the Midwest MHC Brokers Team in 2022, focusing primarily on the Nebraska and Missouri markets. Drew strives to provide both personable, and professional advisement and services to buyers and sellers alike. Drew is looking forward to providing the same standards of service to more people as the area of service for Midwest MHC Brokers expands.
